MORNING HEALTHY BREAKFAST-DESAYUNO SALUDABLE MAÑANERO




Normally we wake up very early and we are very hungry so today I made this healthy breakfast plate and give us full of energy for the rest of the day.Hope you Enjoy like I do.

Normalmente nos levantamos bien temprano y estamos con mucha hambre entonces hoy he preparado este desayuno saludable que nos llenará de energía para el resto del dia.Espero lo disfruten al igual que yo.


Ingredientes:

Un Yogurt Light de Fresa(yo he usado Danone)(Light Strawberry Yogurt-I used Danone)

Media Cajita de Pasas.(Half box of Raisins)

Nuez Moscada.(Ground Nutmeg)

Canela en polvo.(Cinammon)

Media Taza de Nueces.(Walnuts)

Media Manzana Verde cortada en trocitos muy pequeños.(Half Green Apple sliced in small pieces)


Put in a bowl the apple,walnuts and yogurt and mixed together.

Over the mix sprinkle the nutmeg and the cinammon and finally put on top the raisins and that it.


En un Bowl colocamos la manzana,nueces y yogurt y mezclamos bien.

Rociamos la nuez moscada y canela y encima colocamos las pasas.
